Most items will be shipped 24-72 hours after the processing of your order is complete. Each item is handmade and we do not warehouse our products. All items are subject to availability. Our inventory may be depleted at any time, without notice, due to unexpected sales volume. Should you place an order for an out of stock or discontinued item, we will contact you.
We routinely ship to the lower 48 states, at present. We will ship any dollar amount. Your package will be shipped via UPS or USPS. We provide free ground shipping on retail orders to the lower 48 states. We do not ship to P.O., A.P.O. or F.P.O. addresses. For estimated shipping times via UPS ground from bare to you, click here.

Sales to the state of Maine are subject to 5% sales tax.

Due to the nature of our products, all items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please try a single bar or our bare sampler (coming soon) before committing to a multiple bar purchase. Please read the ingredients carefully and test a small area of skin before using the product.
If your package arrives damaged, you must retain all original packaging and merchandise, immediately notify the shipper and follow the shipper's instructions for filing a claim. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in forfeiture of both reimbursement and replacement of product(s).
If you wish to cancel your order, we must receive your cancellation request within 20 minutes of placing your order. Failure to do so will result in a 20% restocking fee.
Refused, unclaimed, non-deliverable and invalid address shipments are subject to shipping charges and 50% order charge. These products, due to their personal care nature, are not restockable once they have shipped; there is no way to ensure the integrity of the product for resale. Please take great care to ensure you have entered your correct shipping address in the checkout process.
Should we make an error in shipping an item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt; we will send the correct item and absorb the shipping costs.
